  • Hi there! A bit about who we are...

    We are Christopher and Robin Tucker, Christian marriage coaching team. Our for-profit company is called Lifted By Love. We operate under Robin's LLC, Kaley Shorter Enterprises.


    Robin is the veteran marketer and entrepreneur, across a number of industries, and who you'll be mostly working with.


    We're located in northwest Gainesville, Florida, near Buchholz High School, and we also serve our clients online around the world through Zoom, YouTube, and social media.


    God has given us the mission of saving marriages. Stopping the devil from destroying families anymore. 


    Specifically, we are called to minister to "lukewarm" believers and even non-believers. Through healing the pain of their earthly relationships, we show them how to have a close relationship with God/ Jesus.


    We offer a low-cost online course called Divorce-Proof Your Marriage, as well as a paid, marriage-healing group membership called 3 Strands Strong.


    We have a goal to gain 100 active  group members ($47-$97/mo) by the end of 2026, and we need your help to do it!

  • We're looking for help with as many of these things as possible...

    * Lead generation - help us with our goal to gain 100 active $47-$97/mo group members by the end of 2026.

    * Customer followup and service

    * Live webinar assistance - monitoring comments, helping with tech

    * Monitoring paid ads

    * Walk-abouts - we talk to and film people on the streets in brief interviews for our YT channel

    * Social media style photoshoots and simple photo documentation of events for social media

    * Help with tabling at events - set up, staffing table, answering questions, selling our products

    * Regular posting on Skool and Facebook

    * Promotional Email Writing (limited AI use)

    * Editing copy such as newsletter and blog - NO AI ASSISTANCE ALLOWED

    * YouTube descriptions & thumbnails

    * Website maintenance

    * Booking speaking gigs

    * Misc To-Do’s including personal tasks

    * Possibly simple video/script editing

  • Here's the Pay:

    Monthly Recurring Commission of $10 per membership you help gain. Unlimited, no cap, as long as member stays with us and you are still working with us. We're aiming to hit 100 members by the end of 2026, and growing the group further from there.

  • Requirements:

    * Newer laptop or personal computer & high-speed internet

    * Background check

    * References

    * Punctuality

    * Reasonably outgoing, willing to talk with new people after being trained

    * Team Player - take direction with grace

    * Dependable - work independently, make decisions as if it’s your own company.

    * Honesty and Integrity

    * Confidentiality - Must not discuss our clients, topics, or paywalled content with anyone else.

    * Humble and Positive Attitude

    * Great Communication - keeping supervisor updated regularly.

    * Excited to Learn

    * True Love of and Compassion for People

    * Interested in Biblical Christian coaching - mindset, emotional healing, mental health, deliverance, etc. Able to use our basic messaging to talk with potential clients 

  • Preferred but not required:

    * Current driver license and car

    * Familiarity with any or all of: Skool, Zoom, Descript, YouTube, Mailchimp, Beehiiv, Duda, Canva, Thrivecart, ChatGPT, Facebook, Instagram, Google Sheets & Docs

    * Pychology, Social Work, Therapy, or other related major or interest/experience

    * Good photographer with iPhone

    * Experience with SEO a great bonus!

    * Unpaid, easy training available - learn these platforms and more as part of your internship, and use them to build your commission with us in monthly membership fees!

  • Location - mostly remote

    Mostly remote, work from home on your own schedule, except for training, events, and walk-abouts.
