STEPS TO SUCCESS:

1. IMPORTANT: Please register here as an affiliate so I have your payment info and can send you a 1099-MISC at tax time if you are paid over $600:

2. Please email your completed W-9 form to me at robin@liftedby.love

3. Print out the flyers--  either Color or Black & White is fine.

4. There are 4 flyers to a page, so use a paper cutter (you can use one for free at FedEx or Office Depot).

5. You can write "Ref by: [Your Name]" on the top or back of the flyer, and I will pay you $40 per referral, provided the client lets me know your name or the name of your business when I ask him or her. I will make every effort to figure out who referred each client and pay accordingly! That's why it's important to be on the affiliate registry.
